This scene depicts a rail car wheel set change out on the railroad hopper car by the maintenance crew. The three International trucks all began as Boley (now Walthers Scenemaster) trucks that have been substantially upgraded with custom built bodies and numerous accessories from various sources. The green track maintenance units in the background were built from Custom Finishing Models kits. Previously featured in Photo Galleries 543, 545, and 562. On display again at the 2014 East Coast Meet in W. Springfield, MA.
