These photos from Jesse Weigand showcase just a few of his models that will be on display at the 2013 East Coast Meet in W. Springfield, Massachusetts January 26-27, 2013. This scene depicts a wheel set change out on the railroad hopper car by the maintenance crew. The three International trucks all began as Boley (now Walthers Scenemaster) trucks that have been substantially upgraded with custom built bodies and numerous accessories from various sources.
