Rich Rienhart captured Dennis Raper's spectacular Mack RB600 logging truck model at this year's 2011 East Coast Meet in Springfield, Massachusetts. Dennis built the truck tractor from a Ralph Ratcliffe resin model kit. Dennis used a Herpa chassis and steering kit along with Ralph's tires and wheels, bumper, fuel tanks, and air horns. The headache rack is a modified Alloy Forms rack that has had wiring and lights added. Decals are from MicroScale. Dennis added a scratchbuilt sunvisor to the cab. The fixed position pole trailer is all scratchbuilt from styrene with the exception of the suspension from a Classic Metal Works trailer and Herpa wheels and tires. The trailer has a working landing gear with cable. Previously featured in Photo Galleries 447 and 448.
