This extraordinary replica of a Detroit Diesel 12V-71 two stroke diesel
engine is the handiwork of Ralph Ratcliffe. Note the details such as
the silver hose clamps on the simulated black rubber boots from the
air filter in the middle left of the photo going to the blower intake
near the center of the photo. This engine was part of his contest winning
model at the 2000 East Coast Meet in Towson, Maryland.
