Athearn has recently announced the development of a Freuhauf 40' exterior post van trailer model to be released later this year (scheduled for December delivery). Features include detailed and functional sliding tandem suspension, separately applied intermodal lift rails (where applicable), and two different rear door versions; roll up and swing doors. The photos above are of a pre-production sample. Expect to see this model is a variety of prototypical paint schemes from the 1970s and '80s!

Atlas has announced a generic taxicab version of their Ford Taurus (shown above). Estimated delivery is August 2006.
