Doug Phillips added an extra drive axle and scratchbuilt packer body to Athearn's excellent Ford C cab truck to produce this garbage truck. Note the Michelin "Bibbo" characters mounted on either side of the front bumper! Displayed at the 2002 Montreal Meet.
