This is the rather ancient Lindberg 1/87 Diesel Tug Boat plastic kit done as a Reading Railroad tug that operated during the 1950s. The kit has been released and re-released many times but still has a 48 star U.S. flag rather than a 50 star flag. Remarkably nice kit for its age. The only changes Paul Andriscin made were replacing the toy-like crew figures with Preiser and adding the Reading logo after sanding off the raised lettering on the smokestack and Roco tires from his spares box.
