As Bob Sundstrom states, his GI Trucking rig is a kind of mix in generations, but the scratchbuilt 45 foot Utility open top trailer is still serviceable to the fleet when needed.  The tractor is a Malibu die-cast Peterbilt that just begged to be decorated with Microscale GI decals. The parts used to build the 'rag top' include Evergreen sheet and styrene, their styrene rod for the tie down rail, Microscale decals for the tie downs, A-Line's Utility swing doors, Herpa premium tandem wheels, and an Athearn 45' floor used as the platform.
