Somewhat based on a real truck that still exists today, this Autocar sleeper cab fire truck that, in real life, was retrofitted to seat additional fire fighters in the sleeper space. Brian Donato used a Sheepscot resin cab and a Ralph Ratcliffe Models body, chassis, wheels, siren speaker, bell, and front bumper to build this fantastic model. The waving flag on the back is a paper “decal” from a model ship kit. The rest of the decals are Microscale.
