This Ford-F450 service truck represents a former Fire Department truck that has been converted to a service truck by Jim Groeneweg. Now, out of fire service, the River Point Station models has become a support vehicle for the local fictitious Thomas Towing, a full service ESSO Station. Only changes made to the truck were to remove the pump and hose reel out of the service bed and add a walk-in canopy to assist with on site service and tow calls as needed. The canopy is scratchbuilt and color matched to the original paint, mud flaps and an RPS light bar and a ladder from same added to complete the unit. Decals are for Graphics On Demand.
