Here's another of Ralph Ratcliffe's beautiful scratchbuilt creations. This articulated Mack off-road dump combination uses the same power unit as the Mack M65 dump truck Ralph has produced as a very limited production model (Photo Gallery 14). Displayed at the 2002 East Coast Meet in Providence.
