Mike Budde had this spectacular Chevrolet C-90 tow truck on display at the 2018 Midwest Meet held in conjunction with the St. Louis RPM Meet. The model was built using a resin cab with photo-etched grille mounted on an Athearn tow truck chassis. mike added numerous details to this model.
