Todd Terpstra modified a Roco Dodge pickup into a Power Wagon 4X4 and scratchbuilt the Meyers snowplow on the front. Additional details include the bed cover, photo-etched mirrors, and running boards. Shown at the 2002 Midwest Meet in Chicago.
