Richard Olson found that the Athearn Ford F-850 cab fit very well on a Roco 6x6 military chassis with some minor trimming required. The Facebook group persuaded him to use the Athearn dump body over a couple of other options. A new tube front bumper, some chain, and weathering round out a kitbashed model Richard says he really wasn’t expecting to complete. Pretty impressive for an unintended model!
