Jesse Weigand had this CSX wheel change out MOW truck on display at the 2017 East Coast Meet. Jesse built the model using an International 7000 series Boley cab and kitbashed chassis. The scratchbuilt wheel change body includes rail car jacks, 85,000lb Palfinger crane, dual hydraulic reels, 30,000lb rear winch, and triple wheel/axle racks. Other custom built items include scratchbuilt front bumper box, strobe lighting, exhaust stack, grab irons throughout and decals.
