These CSX Transportation maintenance of way vehicles on display at the 2017 East Coast Meet were just part of Brad Hassler's fleet of models he brought. The International 4300 (above, left and below) and 7600 (above, center) are extensively modified Boley (now Walthers SceneMaster) models. The Western Star above, right is a Matchbox toy that has been very heavily modified.
