This International 4300 Coast Guard work truck built by Alex Forman was designed to lift/transport/repair buoys after they have been unloaded from USCG buoy tenders. Alex used a Boley cab, chassis, storage boxes, and stakebed with a crane from a Roco HEMTT. Details include stabilizers, controls, fire extinguishers (all from Roco) as well as a Preiser tech and welding tanks and other small details from the parts box. The buoy is scratchbuilt and weathered.
