  
            
              
                
                  Jan Scheele built this  Mack AC fire engine that came into  service in Batavia in 1919 and used into the '40s. It was the only Mack used in fire service in the  Netherland East Indies, among some Ahrens-Fox fire engines at Soerabaya. The model is made with the bonnet (hood) and chassis from a Jordan Highway Miniatures Mack AC, using some wheels from Brekina and Wiking. The rest is scratchbuilt.
