This Roadway R model Mack pulling a 40' open top trailers is a product of the combined modeling efforts of Ron Britton and Bob Sundstrom. The truck tractor was rebuilt after tearing down a ready-to-run Athearn Mack R then building it back to make the tractor shown with Ron adding his own little touches. The trailer was custom built by Bob Sundstrom from an Athearn exterior post trailer with canvas top added.
