This Ford C-800 KME Fire Pumper by Brandon Hintz is an Athearn ready-to-roll fire truck model that he decided to super detail. He added the Plano photo-etch wiper and mirror kit with scratchbuilt convex mirrors added. He also added a larger radiator underneath with guard to represent the heavy duty cooling system option. Brandon scratchbuilt the exhaust to exit out the side in front of rear tire typical of most fire trucks. He also scratchbuilt the wheel chocks and added some air brake detail as well. The wheels and tires are A-line with scratchbuilt chrome hub covers added. Brandon also added various paint detailing where missing from the factory.
