Christoph Elbl built this fleet of VW Passat police car models in use by the Herndon (Virginia) Police Department. As basic models Christoph used the already black Wiking Passats, painted their wheel rims black, tinted the windows with a vehicle headlight tinting foil, and added some other details like custom flashers. The decals are custom products by Decalprint, the light bar comes from River Point Station. The unmarked Passat also got a custom police dash light in the back and front (the one behind the front window can be hardly seen due to the tinting foil).
