Here are more photos from Jussi Kivi of his Fordson Sussex 6x4 fire truck model from Finland. Several former military Fordson truck chassis were imported to Finland from England just after WWII. Some of them were converted as a fire trucks by local coach builders, blacksmiths/carpenters, or fire department shops. A few of them were still in use as a reserve trucks in small rural fire departments in late '60s or early '70s.
About the model: The resin cap and wheels are from Adp-modelle (Germany) and chassis is self made, some equipment like portable pump and ladders are from Roco, suction hoses by Preiser, other hoses, ladder racks, blue beacon and siren and some other details are scratchbuilt too.
