John DaPos built this 1958 White 3000 COE tandem axle refuse truck. John began with a cab is from a Sylvan Scale Models resin kit, a resin Leach 2RII refuse body from Ralph Ratcliffe Models, and mounted both on a modified Athearn chassis.
