Here is the finished model Jim Groeneweg started some time ago, an Arnold Bros. Transport Peterbilt 389 truck tractor with Stoughton 53' van trailer. The trailer is a Walthers 53’ model; Jim's not sure where the decals come from on the trailer but a friend sent them to Jim. The truck tractor is a Jacobs Models resin cab with the hood and detail items from a Norscot Peterbilt 389 mounted on a modified Norscot chassis. Jim installed Boley wheels and tires along with scratchbuilt mirrors and quarter fenders and Ralph Ratcliffe Models air horns. Paint is authentic ABT colors painted with auto base clear paint. Alclad II was used for chrome. Previously featured in Photo Gallery 633.
