William Ratcliffe built this beautiful 1/87 scale Mack R686 truck tractor for his friend Rich Reinhart as a gift for his birthday recently. Ralph built the model using one of his own resin Mack R cabs combined with the plastic hood from Athearn and photo etched details (mirrors and exhaust heat shield) from Ralph Ratcliffe Models. It turns out Rich once drove a truck exactly like this!
