These photos of Scott Morrison's Custom Finishing Models Jet Snow Melter model show the unit in transit on a Classic Mint Collectibles Talbert lowboy being pulled by one of the Classic Mint Peterbilt 379 truck tractors. The jet snow melter model is pretty well kit stock with added lights from Roco, windshield wipers from A-Line, and some wire for hydraulic hoses. The majority of the decals came with the kit. The CN logo and numbers were custom made by Bill Brillinger. The safety striping was made by painting the frame orange and adding in white stripes from a Microscale decal set Scott had kicking around. The model was painted with True Line Paint Diesel Yellow and then given a coat of their flat finish. Bragdon chalks finished off the weathering. The jet snow melter was previously featured in Photo Gallery 590.
