This Mack CL Hy-Rail truck was built by Christophe Culis as a railroad tie-handling truck. It is set up with bunks and a Hi-Ab hydraulic crane. Christophe extended the chassis, added tool boxes, hydraulic oil tank, and added extensions to the steps on the fuel tanks.
