Cal Radtke modified a Bachmann Hy-Rail truck and repainted it BN green with added features from Custom Finishing Models, including the hy-rail wheels. Promotex supplied the flashing lights and the mirrors are scratchbuilt by Cal. The decals are from Microscale.
