This Iowa State Patrol Dodge Charger from Jim Brown is a Ricko Dodge Charger model with Jim's custom decals. Iowa did buy some white Dodge Chargers and white Chevy SUV state trooper vehicles though most are still silver as the Chevrolet Impala in the bottom photo (from Busch).
