
A friend of Bill Badger asked him to build a hay truck for a scene on his railroad layout that involved Canadian trucks delivering hay to a rail spur. Bill's friend gave him a Classic Metal Works '41-'46 Chevy twin rear axle truck tractor. Bill converted it to a single axle truck, reshaped the lower edge of the cab, narrowed the track, built a hay bed and rack over the cab, and painted it.
