First-time contributor Joe-Yee Yip, a 13 year old modeler who says he's new to modifying and building HO scale models, submitted this International 4900 boom truck. This unit was made by chopping up a Boley tree trimmer and removing the second part of the boom. The bed was made of .040" Plastruct sheet.
