This International 4300 railroad track testing truck was on display at the recent Santa Fe Railway Historical & Modeling Society's 2012 convention in Temple, Texas June 19-24, 2012. This model was built using a Boley truck cab and chassis with Custom Finishing's kit for the van body and track geometry units on front and rear. It was assembled, painted, and detailed by James Kocher, owner of Custom Finishing Models. James offers all his models for sale built up and painted for a spectacular model such as this one.
