Rick Hoskinson built this German WWII Elephant Tank Destroyer model using a pre-Roco release from the Ukraine. The prototype was originally conceived as a Ferdinand and was later released as an Elephant (rebuilt Ferdinand ). Rick added scratchbuilt functional coaxial bow machine gun and tow cable. He also reworked the tracks to resemble the original's contours. Rick painted the model with Modelmasters paint and weathered it with pastel chalks, dry pigments, and art pencils. The decals are from TL Decals.
