Jan Scheele built this International Cargostar rescue truck with crane from a Norwegian prototype. The original truck was in service in Baerum, Norway, in service from 1973 until 1985, with an Hiab crane. The builder is O.C. Axelsen from Norway. The truck cab and crane are from Wiking and the rest is scratchbuilt.
