This U.P. (Michigan Upper Peninsula) logging truck from Dennis Raper is a Freightliner with cab from Athearn. Dennis says he was inspired by Ryan Harris' recent pictures of his day cab Freightliner so he cut this one down too. The 20' truck bed is from Lonestar Models and the 20' trailer is cut down from a 32' Classic Metal Works reefer trailer. The converter dolly is from Promotex and all the wheel sets are from Herpa. The truck has two functional lift axles in front and two drive axles in the rear. The log bunks, push bumpers, etc. are built from styrene.
