Jeffrey Sak built this asphalt plant from scratch using pictures from online sources to get an idea of how it should look. Jeffrey used two Matchbox drop hopper dump trailers for the material holding hoppers. Vehicles include Matchbox Working Rigs International 7600 dump trucks, a front end loader from Siku, a paver also by Siku and various other equipment from  Matchbox, Ertl, Norscot, and Kibri. The plant was named after Lane Construction Corp, a local construction company. The entire hot mix plant was scratchbuilt with styrene materials and odd and ends Jeffrey had in the "stick pile"  of  machine parts.
