This Cianbro Construction heavy duty off-road transporter was built by Brad Libby using a Promotex/Herpa Kenworth tractor as a starting point and adding an additional axle, larger diameter tires all around, and a kitbashed trailer from Boley. That off-road dump truck bed on the trailer is from an unknown source.
