This very nice looking truck tractor model of an International 4400 by Doug Phillips is a modified tandem axle coal truck from Boley. Doug removed one differential, shortened the frame, and added a fifth wheel from Herpa, exhaust stack from Athearn, frame crossover from Plano, and A-Line wheels and tires.
