This very nice looking rig is by Canadian modeler Doug Phillips. The truck tractor is a cut down from a Boley International 4400 coal dump truck (i.e., one differential removed).  A Herpa fifth wheel, a stack from an Athearn Freightliner, a crossover plate from Plano, and A-Line wheels and tires were added to the tractor.
