Werner Kattinger says although he first got interested in emergency vehicles of the U.S. trucks because of their chrome and colorfulness he now collects emergency vehicles from most European countries. Werner says it is astonishing how many vehicles from before unknown parts of the world like Russia are available nowadays. Shown here is a Russian fire service battalion from the 1980s with Ural and Zil trucks and a Gaz Jeep as can be bought ready made. Decals in Russian letters are self designed.
