Gordon Spalty built this vintage water truck from a Cooper Craft 00 scale vehicle but close enough for his use on his HO scale layout. This is a World War II surplus truck converted for dust suppression on logging roads. Being the management wanted to keep things simple, this is a gravity feed fan type water dispersal system. The only moving part is the water valve operated from the cab with air.
