Mike Ellis built this Garrett Freight Lines International CO4070A using a Tired Iron resin cab mounted on an Athearn chassis, a Lindberg flatbed trailer with Walther's wheels, a Con-vert-ter van nose by Bob Sundstrom, and decals by Ed O'Keefe.
