This is a 1946 Heil Colect-Pak refuse packer unit mounted on a Chevy cab over truck. Chester Fesmire saw this combination on an old Heil advertisement and built it using a cab and chassis from Sylvan Scale Models and wheel and tires from Jordan. The packer body was completely scratchbuilt from styrene.
