John Soehner built this Mack H73 cabover truck tractor from a Sylvan Scale Models resin kit. The flatbed trailer is an Athearn 20' container chassis that has strip styrene added for the deck and headboard.

John also modified a Faller car system truck with an Athearn Ford C cab. On the Ford, note the copper strip with magnet (ahead of the front axle, under the bumper) that will follow the Faller buried cable that provides a magnetic field. As the truck moves forward the magnet is attracted to the buried cable and steers the truck along. There is capacitor in the van that acts as a battery for the small electric motor that turns the rear wheels.
