Bill Flottmann built this Katy MOW truck for his friend Bill Wehmeier. It has a Lindberg Ford F-600 cab, a reworked Boley crane body, Details West hi-rail wheels and Herpa wheels and tires. Bill worked from a photo of the prototype that was given to him.
