This White Mustang was built by Jim Groeneweg in the early '70s and is a Lindberg concrete mixer transformed into a truck mounted crane. The crane is a diecast part taken from a Tomica unit and grafted onto the chassis of the White. The fenders and frame mount for the crane are constructed of balsa wood. Jim says of this early peoject, "Yeah, I didn't know of sheet plastic back then and this was an easy use product but it required more priming/sanding then my young modeling experience cared to apply!! I sure had hours of play out this old beast!!"
