Jeff Chapman-Crane built this KB International crane truck from an Imex die-cast model. Jeff removed the crane, stripped the paint and repainted using Egg Tempera fine art paint, which gives a very nice matte finish. He added scratchbuilt mirrors, fender-mounted turn signals, exhaust pipe, tail lights and mudflaps and replaced the headlights with ones from a 1/76 scale kit. The air cleaner and horn are from Alloy Forms. The L&N decals are from Microscale and the lettering on the bed and warning stripes were done on Jeff's computer. Jeff finished off his model with a little weathering and brushed on Testors Dullcoat.
