Radnor, PA Mack B75 Open Cab Fire Pumper - By Ralph Ratcliffe

The Mack B61 fire pumper model shown above was built by Ralph Ratcliffe and presented to Radnor, Pennsylvania Fire Company member John Statts, shown accepting the model below with Ralph (Ralph is the tall guy on the left) in October 2008 at the Philadelphia Fire Academy. The significance of this particular prototype is that it is the exact truck that was measured and drawn by Ralph for the Athearn B61 fire pumper model. Ralph modified the standard Athearn parts into the open cab version shown above. A spectacular model with a fascinating origin!
