This International Emeryville and reefer trailer are more examples of Jim Groeneweg's
handiwork. The truck tractor was built using an Athearn chassis that
was modified, a scratchbuilt Detroit Diesel 6-71 engine, and a modified
Puget Sound Casting resin cab. Additional details include a scratchbuilt
interior, mirrors, steps, and windshield wipers. The trailer is Athearn's
40' Fruehauf with a nose mounted reefer from Kibri. For a closer look
at that Emeryville, check Photo
Gallery 43.
