This custom built freelanced three axle heavy rescue was built by Mike Adams as a commission from Brian Mott for Brian's son. Mike combined the bodies of two Boley Heavy Rescues and painted the truck white over red. Mike also custom built the tool box on the roof. Brian's son then used decals for the Philadelphia Fire Department from Inquarters.com to finish the truck. This model does not represent any prototype, it's completely freelanced.
